Design Fab 9/18

Today in Design Fabrication Class, we learned the 2 final skills needed in order to create and formulate our passive amplifier design on Fusion 360.

1st technique we learned was to create a 3D pipe out of a spline: First draw a curved line (click spline) - then stop sketch and draw a circle perpendicular or 90 degrees to the line(revolve) and select axis- then click sweep to extend the circle along the spline.

2nd technique: create a shape with multiple circles: Sketch 3 circles (different size)- then double clip the circle to move it's hight or y-axis- then sweep- loft-select profile.                                  

Once we've learned the technique, we started playing around and testing out the techniques. Some of us started designing our actual amplifier.
